ISNSCCON 2025 - Abstract Submission Guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Conference registration is mandatory for all presenters.
  • Abstracts should be original and must not have been published or presented previously.

Submission Instructions

  • The research work must have been conducted at the institution of the primary author.
  • The primary author must be registered for the conference in order for the abstract to be considered.
  • Last date for submission: June 30, 2025.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Alignment: Justified | Spacing: Double
  • Word Limit: Not to exceed 250 words
  • Define all abbreviations and acronyms clearly.

Structured Abstract Format

  • Category: Oral / Poster / Paper / Prize Section: Glomerular Diseases / Hemodialysis and Chemotherapy-Associated Dialysis / Peritoneal Dialysis / Clinical Nephrology / Renal Transplantation / Artificial Intelligence in Nephrology / Case Reports in Nephrology / Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) / Social Media in Nephrology Practice and Education / Tubular and Interstitial Disorders / Miscellaneous Topics in Nephrology.

Review and Selection

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Selection will be based on review. The committee’s decision is final. Presenting authors will be informed via email. Only presenting authors will receive certificates.

Publication

All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference souvenir.
